Refund & Dispute Policy

1. Job Listings
- All job listing payments are non-refundable once published
- Listings are considered delivered once visible on the platform
2. Candidate Access
- Payments for candidate profile access are non-refundable
- Access is granted immediately upon payment
3. Subscription Services (if applicable)
- Subscription fees are billed in advance
- No partial refunds for unused time
4. Exceptions
Refunds may be considered only where:
- Required under Australian Consumer Law
- There is a clear technical failure preventing service delivery
5. Disputes
If you believe there is an issue:
- Contact us within 7 days of the transaction
- Provide full details of the issue
We will review and respond within a reasonable timeframe.
6. Chargebacks
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:
- Account suspension
- Restriction from future use
